Barbara Charlton, REALTOR®, GRI
Barb grew up in Rosemount, MN. She started her career in commercial property management, and then moved into big-ticket software and IT consulting sales, and project management. She is known for being a passionate advocate for her clients, and for getting the job done no matter what it takes.

Michelle S. Erickson, REALTOR®
Michelle has been in the Minnesota and Wisconsin real estate market since 1999. She and her husband were newlyweds at the time and found a shared love and passion for remodeling. She became a licensed realtor and he became a licensed contractor. Together, they purchased their first investment property in 1999 and currently own and successfully manage investment properties throughout the Twin Cities.
Along the way - and in addition to selling many homes - they’ve also remodeled, bought & sold investment properties (including fire damaged apartment buildings). Michelle is a native Minnesotan; she was raised on a family farm south of the Twin Cities, just outside of Northfield. She has lived in several lovely communities throughout the metropolitan area but has happily nestled not far from her family and the farm she grew up on.
She and her husband have another shared love, their four beautiful children. When Michelle is not working in the real estate market and property management she enjoys her sprouting kiddos. And if any free time finds its way into her schedule she could be found baking, cooking, or gardening.

Jennifer Frazho, Master of Marketing
Jen was raised in Omaha Nebraska. The marketing experience she brings to the table is a culmination of 20 years experience working in a wide-variety of settings including work with several graphic designers. Jen graduated with honors from Bellevue University in Nebraska with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management and an emphasis in Organizational Communications. Her education and overall work experience allowed her to discover a natural ability and ingrained skill set needed for marketing.
Jen is known for her integrity, work ethic, professionalism and ability to get the job done. She brings the sum of these skills, talents and education to bear in everything she does and is a key component to the overall success of Charlton & Associates.
Jen lives in Lakeville with her loving companion David, has two children (Alexis and Austin), and two dogs. Jen’s daughter Alexis attends St. Cloud State University and is pursuing a degree in Psychology. Austin will soon be a freshman in high school. Jen loves spending time with her kids, enjoys biking, working out, travel, work and downtime.
